I was very pleased with the entire process of purchasing the urn for my furbaby's ashes. There were several options, and once you make your choice and make the payment, Mainely Urns sent me an email, showing what the completed version would look like, for my approval before making it. It only took about a week to be delivered, and it turned out beautifully!
We were so pleased with the beautiful box that we chose as the final resting place for our beloved Molly. The workmanship is something you don't often see anymore. It is so well-made and looks very expensive. We chose the model that included a photo and now I'm thinking that we might need to do that for a couple of other pets whose boxes don't begin to measure up to this quality.
